Hello There!

Thanks for stopping by! I'm Cara. I'm a mommy, wife, fitness enthusiast, and photographer. All things I am very proud to say. I Live in Stony Plain, Alberta with my husband, Brad and two boys, Nash and Milo. 

My photography career started over 16 years ago. Since then it has taken me through two years in NAIT's Photographic Technology program followed by a year working in a very busy studio in London, England. Since then I have had the opportunity to work with many extremely talented photographers who have helped me to learn and grow. I have photographed countless weddings, families, babies, engagements, events and people. All of which has brought me to where I am today - the most passionate time in my career.

Becoming a wife and mother has given me a whole new perspective on photography. A picture needs to mean something. And meaning is exactly what I strive to capture for you. I want to give my clients images that show love, connection, and raw emotion. I'm not your "look at the camera and say cheese!" kind of photographer. I want to help you remember your life, your family, your love, exactly as it feels right now. Because in 20 years when you look back, thats what you're going to want to remember. How it felt.

I LOVE being a photographer. Now, more then ever. And I consider myself incredibly lucky to have a career that literally makes me giddy.
